In keeping with all other DIRK products and services our suppliers of centrifuges have been chosen on quality, reliability and performance criteria. Our European partners have sufficient capacity to supply us with many dewatering units of varying capacity at very economic prices with short lead times. DIRK can also supply refurbished units. Typical performance parameters for a continuously operated centrifuge unit, having a maximum though put capacity of 40m3/hr, working on sewage sludge having an input of 5% dry solids content would be between 28 and 35m3/hr depending on the nature of the sludge and polymer used. In urgent cases, DIRK prides itself on its ability to supply mobile dewatering machines at very short notice, usually within about a week or, in extreme cases, a few days. |

| Our mobile or permanently installed centrifuge units can be supplied complete with purpose built mixing and conveying equipment which enables the dewatered cake to be treated with our unique alkaline stabilisation product "Rhenipal". Following treatment the cake can be either disposed to agriculture or landfill applications |  |
| DIRK supplies all centrifuge
dewatering units on a sale or rent basis. When rented, we would prefer to
supply our own experienced operators. Our customers provide the sludge,
power (when available) and polymer. Charges can be on a c/month or c/m3
basis.
